The Mulgrave Estate are pleased to have commissioned Southern Green, chartered landscape architects (http://www.southerngreen.co.uk/) to prepare a Parkland Management Plan for the Mulgrave Registered Park & Garden.

The plan, which has been partially funded by Natural England, will research the history of the important landscape designed by Humphry Repton and provide the Estate with policies for its future management and restoration. Estate Director, Robert Childerhouse commented “the production of this important management plan will allow us to carefully consider how we manage the landscape and aid sustainable restoration of Repton’s vision for Mulgrave."

"The Estate aims to include restoration proposals from the plan in a High Tier Countryside Stewardship application to be submitted in 2018, which also happens to be the Bicentenary of Repton’s death. We are pleased to be working with Natural England on this exciting project and are appreciative of the funding they have contributed”.
