We would like to reassure our guests that we are adhering to the guidelines issued by the British Government, Public Health England and the National Health Service regarding coronavirus (COVID-19).
The health of our staff and guests is our priority, and we have therefore put in place the following precautionary measures:We have introduced additional cleaning to our already comprehensive routines, especially focusing on touchpoints such as door handles, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. and have continued the use of disinfectant.
All our staff are receiving regular guidance and updates on how to prevent COVID-19 in the workplace.
In line with Government guidance, if you have a high temperature, or a newly acquired continuous cough, please postpone your visit, and stay at home for seven days. EXISTING BOOKINGS
If you wish to move your booking to an alternative date, we will be flexible and try to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please contact us with an alternative date in mind.
If we need to cancel bookings due to restrictions being imposed, we will offer you the chance to move the booking or obtain a full refund.
