  As part of Mulgrave’s farm re-organisation at Lythe, the Estate continues its investment in sustainable agriculture by erecting a new livestock building at Phipps Farm, now occupied by Martin & Vanessa Dobson.

• Restructure of traditional drystone wall

  The Mulgrave Estate have been awarded a grant to restructure and rebuild a traditional drystone wall that has fallen into disrepair. ​
