Kitchen: Modern fully fitted kitchen with a gas hob, electric oven and grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

Storage Cupboard: iron & ironing board.

Cloakroom: Toilet and washbasin.

Master Bedroom: Double bed, wooden bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe, rattan easy chair. Smart TV. Glorious elevated views over the exclusive valley & stream.

Bathroom: Bath, walk in shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds, wooden bedside table and chest of drawers. Wardrobe.

Wi-Fi: Unlimited WiFi available.

Pets: Dogs welcome (maximum two) £8 per pet per night.

Outside: To the front of the property there is a private stone-flagged terrace with garden furniture for guests to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of The Valley. To the rear there is a courtyard.

Parking: A dedicated car parking space a short distance away. 

Heating: Gas central heating & under floor heating.

Short breaks: Available from September - May (excluding school holidays)

Shop & Pub: Within 1/4 a mile.

Notes: Sorrel  is next door to Campion which sleeps 4 people, these cottages can be booked together. Mobile signal is poor.

TV: Please note that since the Bilsdale TV mast burned down in August 2021, parts of the Sandsend / Whitby area now do not receive a terrestial signal with any consistency and in some cases, not at all. In all Mulgrave Estate holiday cottages you will find smart TVs and we would ask that you utilise the likes of BBC Iplayer to watch both live TV and of course, to access catch up.
