Close to the village shop and pub, or take a short stroll to the golden sands and all that the pretty coastal village of Sandsend has to offer.

Front door opens into a small entrance hall.

Lounge: Two luxury comfortable sofas, one 2 seater & one 3 seater. Smart TV, Floor lamps, occasional tables and a side boardOpen fire (a starter pack of kindling & logs is provided, additional can be purchased from Mulgrave Estate Sawmill)

Storage cupboard: Coat hanging and shoe store. Iron and ironing board.

Dining Room: Bright spacious room with a dining table and chairs, wooden sideboard, chest of drawers. open doorway to:

Kitchen: Electric hob, electric oven & grill, microwave coffee machine, integral fridge, dishwasher. back door leading to garden with hot tub and picnic bench.

Utility: Freezer, washer dryer and storage.

Ground floor shower room: Shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet, 

Stairs leading to first floor:

Master Bedroom: King size bed, bedside tables with lamps. Wardrobe, chest of drawers, comfortable chair. Built in storage shelves. 

Family Bathroom: Spacious room consisting of bath, washbasin, toilet and radiator.

Pets: Dogs welcome (maximum two) £8 per pet per night.

Notes: Mobile signal is good at this property. 

TV: Please note that since the Bilsdale TV mast burned down in August 2021, parts of the Sandsend / Whitby area now do not receive a terrestial signal with any consistency and in some cases, not at all. In all Mulgrave Estate holiday cottages you will find smart TVs and we would ask that you utilise the likes of BBC Iplayer to watch both live TV and of course, to access catch up.
