Eden Cottage

Eden Cottage is a pretty stone built 'Chocolate Box' Cottage sleeping 4 guests. This delightful property is well equipped and offers modern comforts including a newly fitted kitchen and wood burning stove, whilst retaining its tradition charm. The cottage boasts picturesque sea views from all rooms thanks to its elevated position on High Row. It has the benefit of a small enclosed south-facing garden to the front of the property and is a short stroll to the golden sands and all that Sandsend has to offer. Pet friendly, free WiFi and parking. Short breaks are available from October - April.

Entrance:

Dining Room: Dining table and chairs, wooden sideboard with drawers. CD & radio player.

Kitchen: Newly fitted country style, well equipped kitchen, including electric hob, oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with ice box.

Lounge: Light and spacious lounge with original beamed ceiling, delightful picturesque views towards the stream and the green. Luxury large sofa with coordinated wing chair. Large smart TV. wood burning stove ( starter pack of logs and kindling provided) Nest of wooden tables and standard lamp.

Bathroom: Bath, shower over the bath, toilet and washbasin.

Stairs from the dining room lead to:

Master Bedroom: Double bed, wooden bedside tables, chest of drawers, hairdryer, small built in wardrobes . Rattan easy chair. Views towards the sea.

Bedroom 2: Twin beds, wooden bedside table and chest of drawers. Wardrobe.

Wi-Fi: Unlimited WiFi available.

Pets: Dogs welcome (maximum two) £8 per pet per night.

Garden: Enclosed South facing garden at the front of the property with bench style seating.

Parking: Parking available near to the property.

Heating: Gas central heating.

Short breaks: Available from 4^th October – 3^rd April (excluding school holidays)

Shop & Pub: Within 1/4 a mile.

Eden Cottage is next door to Kelowna which sleeps 4 people, these cottages can be booked together. Mobile signal is poor. 

Please Note. Access to the side garden gate is required for Kelowna hot tub maintenance

TV: Please note that since the Bilsdale TV mast burned down in August 2021, parts of the Sandsend / Whitby area now do not receive a terrestial signal with any consistency and in some cases, not at all. In all Mulgrave Estate holiday cottages you will find smart TVs and we would ask that you utilise the likes of BBC Iplayer to watch both live TV and of course, to access catch up.
