French doors lead to a private patio area, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing and enjoying al fresco meals in the summer months.

To the rear there is a patio area off the living room, wooden steps lead up to a flagged terrace and flower bed, sea views from this level, further steps lead up the hillside through the lawned garden. (Please note the steps are quite steep and parental guidance is advised with young children)
Parking: One dedicated parking space close to the property, additional parking available in the valley.
Heating: Gas central heating & Woodburning stove. (a starter pack of kindling & logs is provided - additional supplies may be purchased from local stores)
Short breaks: Available from September – May (excluding school holidays)
TV: Please note that since the Bilsdale TV mast burned down in August 2021, parts of the Sandsend / Whitby area now do not receive a terrestial signal with any consistency and in some cases, not at all. In all Mulgrave Estate holiday cottages you will find smart TVs and we would ask that you utilise the likes of BBC Iplayer to watch both live TV and of course, to access catch up.
