Close to the village shop and pub, or take a short stroll to the golden sands and all that the pretty coastal village of Sandsend has to offer.

Garden: Enclosed Gardens to the front and rear of the property. To rear of the cottage the enclosed garden offers a Hot tub and picnic bench.

TV: Please note due to the unique location of the cottages, on occasion a terrestrial signal with any consistency may be intermittent and in some cases, not at all.
In all Mulgrave Estate holiday cottages you will find smart TVs and we would ask that you utilise the likes of BBC iPlayer to watch both live TV and of course, to access catch up.
