The property offers accommodation for up to four guests set over two floors offering a spacious cottage with a modern finish. The property comprises of a spacious lounge dining room, downstairs toilet, and kitchen. To the upper floor there is a family bathroom, the well proportioned rooms offer a double bedroom and a twin room. The cottage has the added benefit of private patio areas to sit in and enjoy the summer evenings. Sorrel is only a short walk away from Sandsend popular beach and coastline.

Bedroom 2: A well-presented twin room, offering twin beds, wooden bedside table with reading lamp and chest of drawers. Wardrobe.
Outside: To the front of the property there is a private stone-flagged terrace with garden furniture for guests to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the Valley. To the rear there is a courtyard.

TV: Please note due to the unique valley and woodland location of the cottages, on occasion a terrestrial signal with any consistency may be intermittent and in some cases, not at all.
In all Mulgrave Estate holiday cottages you will find smart TVs and we would ask that you utilise the likes of BBC iPlayer to watch both live TV and of course, to access catch up.

Enjoy Sandsend
Sandsend is just a couple of miles from the picturesque fishing port of Whitby, on the North Yorkshire coast.
With easy access to the North York Moors and pretty market towns and villages nearby, Sandsend is becoming a favourite destination for holiday makers.
With stunning views out across the dramatic North Sea, and only a short walk from tranquil woodland, Sandsend makes a fantastic location for a holiday.
The North York Moors are right on the doorstep, as is the Esk Valley - both offering wonderful routes for walkers and cyclists and fantastic hospitality provided by some of the regions best pubs and restaurants.
