Entrance: Lounge / Diner: Spacious, characterful room boasting original beamed ceilings, brick fireplace with wood burning stove (a starter pack of kindling & logs is provided, additional can be purchased from Mulgrave Estate Sawmill)

Kitchen: New galley style kitchen, spacious and well equipped with a gas hob and electric oven. Integral fridge & freezer, microwave and Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
Stairs from the lounge/ diner lead to the large Mezzanine master bedroom.
Master Bedroom: King size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers, hairdryer and wardrobe. Traditional style shutters add to the charm of this ‘chocolate box’ cottage framing the stunning views overlooking the picturesque village stream.
En suite: Bath, hand held shower over bath, toilet, washbasin.
Outhouse: Transformed into a utility room housing the washing machine. It also has the benefit of a further toilet.
Wi-Fi: Unlimited WiFi available.
Pets: Dogs welcome (maximum two) £8 per pet per night.
Garden: Good sized enclosed, South facing garden at the front of the property with patio table, chairs and a bench.
Parking: Parking available at the front of the property.

Shop & Pub: Within 1/4 a mile.
Notes: Holly Cottage is next door to Rose Cottage which sleeps up to six people, these cottages can be booked together. Mobile signal is poor.
TV: Please note that since the Bilsdale TV mast burned down in August 2021, parts of the Sandsend / Whitby area now do not receive a terrestial signal with any consistency and in some cases, not at all. In all Mulgrave Estate holiday cottages you will find smart TVs and we would ask that you utilise the likes of BBC Iplayer to watch both live TV and of course, to access catch up.
