Woodburning stove (a starter pack of kindling & logs is provided, additional can be purchased from Mulgrave Estate Sawmill) Gas hob, electric oven & grill, microwave, fridge freezer, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and dishwasher. Dining table and chairs.
French doors lead to a private patio area, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing and enjoying al fresco meals in the summer months.

Utility Room. Washer dryer, ironing board, iron and airier. Coat hanging area, shoe tray, storage cupboards and a sink unit.
Bathroom: Modern spacious bathroom, Bath, shower over the bath, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.
