Dining table and chairs.

French doors lead to a private patio area, perfect for relaxing, sunbathing and enjoying al fresco meals in the summer months.

Utility Room. Washer dryer, ironing board, iron and airier. Coat hanging area, shoe tray, storage cupboards and a sink unit.

Bathroom: Modern spacious bathroom, Bath, shower over the bath, toilet, washbasin and heated towel rail.
