Description

Woodside is a detached cottage.

Front door opens into a small entrance hall.

Lounge: Large corner sofa and wing chair. Wall mounted Smart TV. Oak ladder style shelving and occasional tables. Standard lamp. Modern flame effect wall mounted electric fire.

Kitchen / Diner: Bright spacious room with a solid wood dining table and chairs, wood burning stove (a starter pack of kindling & logs is provided, additional can be purchased from Mulgrave Estate Sawmill & Lythe stores)
New, well-equipped kitchen with a range of wall and base units. Electric hob, oven & grill, microwave, integral fridge freezer and dishwasher. Dolce Gusto coffee machine.

Ground floor shower room: Corner walk-in shower cubicle, wash basin and toilet. Heated towel rail.

Utility: Washer dryer, wine cooler, base units, sink and storage. Boiler.

Porch, leading to the back door: Coat hanging and shoe storage.

Stairs leading to first floor:

Master Bedroom: Double bed, bedside tables with lamps. Roll top free-standing bath. Built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, dressing table. Bedroom chair.

TV: Please note that since the Bilsdale TV mast burned down in August 2021, parts of the Sandsend / Lythe & Whitby area now do not receive a terrestial signal with any consistency and in some cases, not at all. In all Mulgrave Estate holiday cottages, you will find smart TVs and we would ask that you utilise the likes of BBC Iplayer to watch both live TV and of course, to access catch up.
