Ground floor, walk in wet room and downstairs cloakroom. The lounge has ample comfortable seating and a cosy log fire for cooler evenings.
All bedrooms are located on the first floor. A spacious king size master bedroom, a family bedroom with a double bed, single and a truckle bed. A second king size bed bedroom and a twin bedroom. All bedrooms have comfortable beds and are finished with crisp cotton bed linen. Two spacious bathrooms, one featuring a stunning, free standing roll top bath.
Outside the holiday cottage has a private garden area with a patio and BBQ area and now offering a newly installed hot tub. TV: Please note that since the Bilsdale TV mast burned down in August 2021, parts of the Sandsend / Whitby area now do not receive a terrestial signal with any consistency and in some cases, not at all. In all Mulgrave Estate holiday cottages you will find smart TVs and we would ask that you utilise the likes of BBC Iplayer to watch both live TV and of course, to access catch up.
