  Mulgrave Estate Office took part in this year’s Christmas Jumper Day (15th December 2017) in aid of Save the Children! All together we managed to raise £38.37.

• New Livestock Building!

  Work starts on the new livestock building at Phipps Farm, Lythe.

  As part of Mulgrave’s farm re-organisation at Lythe, the Estate continues its investment in sustainable agriculture by erecting a new livestock building at Phipps Farm, now occupied by Martin & Vanessa Dobson.

  Today we held a Macmillan Coffee Morning with the estate staff and managed to raise over £565.00!

• Vancouver now has updated WiFi system!

  Vancouver Cottage has now been fitted with a new WiFi system, enabling you to use WiFi calls and texts on your mobile! The WiFi is now available throughout the property and garden… happy surfing!

• RICS Young Surveyor of the Year 2017

  We are delighted that our Deputy Agent, Stuart Keegan, has been shortlisted for the RICS Young Surveyor of the Year Awards 2017. The Award recognises the outstanding individual achievements of young surveyors working in the UK and will the winner will be announced at an evening ceremony and dinner in London on 17 November.

  We are pleased to welcome Sophie Johnston to the Estate Office team as our new Secretary. Sophie joins us from Pinkney Grunwells Solicitors in Whitby were she was a secretary and receptionist.

• East Beck Car Park, Sandsend

  With effect from Monday 18 September the daily charge for parking in the Estate Car Park at Sandsend will increase to £5 per day.

• Fyling Hall School Juniors visit Mulgrave as part of their “History of Castles” Project

  The children from Reception, Class 1 and Class 2 visited both the medieval castle and Georgian castle and was greatly enjoyed by all!
